We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

\About the Role:\

  • Attend and contribute to daily coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and other site staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.\
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and civil engineering/groundworks contractors to ensure that work is completed to the required standard and on schedule.\
  • Complete accurate and timely labour and materials allocation sheets to inform project management decisions.\
  • Supervise works from house foundations through to first and second fix, including external finishes, paving, boundary walls, and landscaping.\
  • Coordinate the movement of labour, machinery, and materials using site coordination and logistics software.\
  • Maintain a secure and safe site by enforcing Health & Safety best practices and protocols.\
  • Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to ensure timely handover to the finishing teams.\
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.\
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.\
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve performance and efficiency.\
  • Provide training and development opportunities to junior staff members to enhance their skills and career progression.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\\
