Employment Law Expertise

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team at its inception, working closely with partners across global offices. The Employment Solicitor will play a key role in shaping the team's employment law strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a broad range of employment law matters (advisory, contentious, and transactional support)
  • Support international clients on Irish employment law issues and global projects
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the UK on cross-border matters
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) in Ireland or the UK with a background in employment law
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Experience advising employer-side clients preferred
  • Ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
