Job Role Overview

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of IT assets across our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with team members to prepare for new employee intakes.
  • Prepare, provision, and deploy IT equipment to new hires.
  • Administer and report on IT assets, both in stock and deployed.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset data, including updates to assignee and staff information.
  • Manage employee terminations and recover assets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision and configure IT equipment for new employees.
  • Administer IT assets, including data maintenance and recovery during terminations.
Procurement and Stock Management:
  • Manage purchasing system administration, including requisitions and receiving.
  • Oversee stock and storeroom management.
IT Asset Deployments and Recovery:
  • Monitor HR staff tracker for new joiners and terminations.
  • Ensure timely setup and deployment of IT equipment for new joiners.
  • Recover assigned assets and provide regular reports on asset returns.
  • Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
General IT Asset Administration:
  • Manage PAM end-user service requests and respond within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and participate in regular process reviews.
  • Provide regular reports on PAM service delivery.
Education and Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years' experience in an IT role, including 2 years' specific experience in IT asset management (or similar). Relevant third-level qualifications are also required.
