About this opportunity

Are you a seasoned wastewater professional looking to take your skills to the next level?

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to join our team of innovative and motivated network modellers, engineers and project managers.

In this key role, you will provide technical leadership on a diverse range of UK wastewater infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to detailed design.

You will collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality model outputs and processes, and mentor junior modellers to develop their skills and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE or CIWEM)
  • Programming skills in languages such as VBA or Python

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes
  2. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure they understand model outputs and processes
  3. Mentoring and training junior modellers
  4. Specification and management of flow surveys
  5. Technical lead role of model build and verification projects
  6. Contributing and checking technical reports and presentations
  7. Developing technical calculation outputs when needed
