Cocktail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, providing personalized service to guests, and contributing to the overall success of our beverage program.

• Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, and offering recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Upselling specials, signature cocktails, and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment, in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with other team members and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Complying with all alcohol service regulations and company policies, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Assisting in monitoring and managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed, and minimizing waste to control costs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
