Global Equity and Quant Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global equity and quant solutions team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our flagship UCITs funds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team of senior portfolio managers and more junior resources to achieve optimal investment outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve the current investment process to ensure alignment with our 'quantamental' approach.
  • Contribute to the direct management of our UCITs funds, leveraging your expertise in asset allocation and economics.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of developed equity markets, asset allocation, and a strong academic background in economics and statistics. With a proven track-record in managing developed equity strategies, you will be well-positioned to drive our investment team forward.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management with a focus on developed equity strategies.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing UCITs funds with a proven track-record.
  • Extensive knowledge of the USA investible universe, particularly in the technological sector.
  • Familiarity with the UCITS regulation and its implications for investment management.
  • A strong understanding of factor investing and its applications in portfolio management.
  • Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in economics and advanced qualifications such as a PhD or Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in a programming language other than VBA, Matlab, or R, preferably Python, and basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Italian, which is considered an additional skillset.
