Senior Leader in Quantitative Equity Management

This role focuses on leading a team of senior portfolio managers and junior resources, maintaining and enhancing the investment process, and contributing to the direct management of flagship UCITS funds.
The investment team employs a 'quantamental' approach with a strong quality-growth bias, managing over 13 EUR billion in assets across pure equity and multi-asset funds.
Responsibilities- Coordinate a team of senior portfolio managers and junior resources; maintain and improve the current investment process; contribute to direct management of flagship UCITS funds.
- Support the development and maintenance of proprietary software libraries in Python; enable proactive investment approaches in developed market indices.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, with at least 7 in managing developed equity strategies with a proven track record.
- Extensive knowledge of the USA investible universe, particularly the technological sector.
- Familiarity with UCITS regulations, with attention to operations and minimization of operational risk.
- Strong understanding of factor investing principles.
- Advanced academic background, preferably in economics with a PhD or Master's degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of a programming language other than VBA, Matlab, or R, preferably Python.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset.
Dublin region; position located in Dublin, Ireland.
