Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented quantitative professional to lead our equity alpha research team. The successful candidate will apply statistical and machine learning techniques across large datasets to build strong predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical and ML models to drive investment decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to design and architect the research platform and goals
  • Drive innovation through creative ideas and implementation in practice, including data sourcing, research, back-testing and deploying models to production

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in KDB and/or Python in a research or ML context
  • 3+ years of provable success in alpha generation
  • Equities preferred
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative subject
  • Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
