Director of Quantitative Research

You will lead a dynamic team in Ireland, heading up and managing client accounts. Your role will be to drive business growth and generate new revenue streams.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategy to align with client objectives and market trends. Champion innovation in research methodologies and analytical tools.
  • Project Oversight: Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting and storytelling. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Help manage resource allocation and workflow to optimize team efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Methodological Expertise: Help lead the development and application of advanced statistical and quantitative methodologies. Stay updated on emerging research trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in data handling and research practices.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Research Skills: Strong research skills, including knowledge of statistical and quantitative methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and market trends.
