Regional Enterprise Account Manager

Notion is expanding its presence across Europe, and we are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to spearhead our growth in the Mediterranean region.
As a Regional Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Mediterranean region. Your primary objective will be to build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored solutions around collaboration and knowledge management.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that speak to pain points across multiple departments and functions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging, value realization, and customer success.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Have a deep understanding of the Mediterranean region's market dynamics and challenges.
