Overview

Account Executive, Enterprise, Benelux at Notion. Role based in Dublin, Notion's EMEA HQ, with primary focus on the Benelux region. This is a first-hire in the region and segment, operating with high autonomy to establish Notion's presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up.

Notion helps teams build beautiful tools for their life's work by unifying docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email with AI-powered capabilities. Notion is used by individuals and large organizations, including Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI.

In-person collaboration is part of Notion's culture; all team members are expected to work from the offices on Mondays and Thursdays (Anchor Days). Some roles or teams may require additional in-office days.

The Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth across the Benelux region. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and serve as the voice of the market internally. If you are passionate about modern collaboration and SaaS consolidation for large enterprises and thrive in ownership-driven environments, this role is for you.

What You'll Achieve
  • Own the full sales cycle: pipeline generation and qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region
  • Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organisations
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored solutions around collaboration and knowledge management
  • Deliver compelling product demos and business cases addressing pain points across multiple departments
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing aligned with strategic account planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging, value realization, and customer success
  • Be the local voice of the customer: bring market insights back to Product and Go-to-Market teams to influence roadmap and strategy
Skills You'll Need To Bring
  • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing six-figure SaaS deals
  • Proven success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across the Benelux
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability
  • Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or as the first rep in-region
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure where little exists
  • Passion for collaboration, product-led growth, and changing how companies work together
Nice To Haves
  • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in a greenfield environment
  • Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling
  • Knowledge of localising go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets
