Key Account Manager - Benelux Region

This position plays a pivotal role within the Global OEM team, driving strategic growth initiatives in the Benelux region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction and Growth: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction metrics (NPS) and maximize share of wallet in existing markets while identifying new areas for expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster close cooperation with customer service teams, marketing, and back-office support roles to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strategy Execution: Contribute to and execute the Annual Operating Plan, margin plan, and forecast, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, communicating closely with customer service teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 6 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve results and close deals effectively.
  • Fluency in German and English for business communication.
