Product Visionary Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Visionary to spearhead the development of our Content Management product area.

This role ensures that organizations can efficiently manage their content operations on our platform. Our customers rely on us to deliver consistent digital experiences across multiple teams, brands, regions, and channels.

The Content Operations group is responsible for building workflows, governance, and collaboration tools that empower content teams to work faster, stay aligned, and deliver high-quality experiences to their customers.

In this role, you'll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deeply understand the needs of content creators, marketers, and other enterprise stakeholders — and translate those into impactful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Operations within our organization.
  • Apply first-principles reasoning and strong analytical skills to uncover opportunities that unlock efficiency and collaboration for enterprise content teams.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver workflows and governance features that are intuitive and impactful.
  • Drive discovery to validate customer problems and prioritize the most valuable opportunities.
  • Define clear success metrics, track impact, and adjust course as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong adoption and positioning of your product.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management (or equivalent product ownership roles).
  • Solid technical understanding and experience.
  • Strong ability to reason from first principles and approach complex problems with structured thinking.
  • Highly analytical, with experience using data to size opportunities, guide decisions, and measure success.
  • Proven track record of highlighting opportunities for enterprise customers, ideally in domains serving marketing personas.
  • Customer-obsessed: you start with the user's problem, not the technical solution, and you relentlessly seek to create value for them.
  • Excellent communicator who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders — from executives to engineers to end-users.
