Quantity Surveying Career Opportunity

The Quantity Surveyor will work on complex projects, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and managing costs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery to meet contractual requirements.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards across all projects.
  • Oversee financial management and contract administration for assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients.
  • Provide guidance on pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties.
  • Monitor financial performance and project progress.
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Chartered status preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and documentation.
