Clinical Nurse Manager for Paediatric Services
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our paediatric services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with experience in staff management, education, and patient care. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff resources, and contributing to the development of paediatric services within the hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and supporting the growth of our paediatric team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure best practice in paediatric nursing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and improve paediatric services.
- Contribute to the recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
