We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to fill the role of Clinical Skills Facilitator in Paediatrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, and possess strong clinical skills and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff on paediatric care and management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
- Post-registration nursing qualification in Paediatrics or related field.
- Proven experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
