About the Role

PM Group is seeking a skilled EHS Administrator Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring compliance and maintaining records, managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating EHS-related activities.

This is a varied role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification, 4+ years of experience in a professional environment with a background in administration, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance, ensure compliance and maintain records, manage documentation, schedule, and coordinate EHS-related activities.
  • Collate weekly and monthly safety data and submit data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile EHS documents including minutes, reports, contact registers and meeting schedules.
  • Assist in the updating applicable EHS forms and procedures on in-house safety software systems.
  • Follow up with queries from other departments, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Issue documents through document databases and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional environment with a background in administration.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PP, Word, Excel, etc.).
