Compliance Specialist

Our client, a Medtech Healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Compliance Specialist to promote best practice and ensure compliance with EHS legislation. This role involves delivering comprehensive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) support services across all Healthcare sites in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve strong EHS culture and management systems.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory & Compliance team to achieve accreditation at all Healthcare 21 sites and assist during external audits.
  • Liaise with regulators and third parties as necessary in relation to inspections and incidents.
  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in developing effective EHS policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar Compliance or EHS role.
  • Third-level qualification in health and safety or environment.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to other Group sites regularly.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with senior management and other stakeholders.
