**About the Role:**

We value broad and deep technical knowledge, specifically in the fields of forensics, malware analysis, network security, application security, threat hunting, and threat intelligence. The successful candidate will have experience with common security monitoring, log analysis, and forensic tools, as well as proficiency in one or more scripting languages.

This role offers the opportunity to evaluate the impact of current security trends, advisories, publications, and academic research on Amazon, coordinating response as necessary across affected teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform DFIR and provide incident command at all stages, while coordinating with various teams and providing reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related professional experience or 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Experience with common security monitoring, log analysis, and forensic tools.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages.
