Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior role in quality management.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a quality role within FMCG food manufacturing, a strong understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, and proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the quality management system.
- Manage and oversee internal auditing to ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC standards.
- Act as the site champion for quality, ensuring high standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on QA procedures and hygiene practices.
- Ensure timely resolutions to customer complaints.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
