Quality Assurance Manager Opportunity

A senior quality assurance professional is required to lead our food safety and quality management system. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the FMCG food manufacturing sector, with strong knowledge of FSSC22000 and BRC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and continuously improve the quality management system.
  • Manage internal auditing to ISO/FSSC standards.
  • Oversee hygiene and food safety auditing across the site.
  • Partner with New Product Development to ensure quality standards in innovation projects.
  • Liaise with Customer Services on complaint investigations.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for regulatory bodies and customers.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years' experience in a Quality role within FMCG food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000 & BRC).
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
