This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a critical key role in facilitating and supporting individuals in our Day Services while upholding our core values of providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and innovative, with strong problem-solving skills. They will be committed to empowering the individuals we support, promoting a high-quality service that helps them lead fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Psychology)
- Registration with CORU or started the application process for registration
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills and Proficient in Microsoft Word
- A full, clean manual driving licence (This is an essential requirement)
- Prior experience of working in disability services is desirable
