The Role

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound hardware operations, including processing returns and new inventory, as well as fulfilling hardware requests.

Accurately pick, pack, and label high-value IT assets, ensuring secure and timely delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and process client requests for hardware and accessories through the ticketing system.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Grade and categorize assets for re-use or disposal.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and growth.
