Job Overview:

The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely execution of core functions within the OTC Middle Office, encompassing trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.

This senior management position requires effective team management, with a focus on daily deliverables and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, analyzing escalated issues, recommending resolutions, and implementing process enhancements.

Achieving high service quality standards is paramount. This entails coordinating with internal stakeholders, assessing service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to address these gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in OTC Middle Office teams, with people management skills an added advantage. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Familiarity with systems like Market Trade Manager, Trioptima, and Calypso is beneficial.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in OTC Middle Office

  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with systems such as Market Trade Manager, Trioptima, and Calypso
