Swimming Coach Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced swimming coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive swimming and a passion for teaching and coaching.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality one-to-one adult lessons, building strong relationships with clients and staff, and expanding their knowledge of swimming and triathlon through regular training sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored swimming lessons to adults, focusing on technique and skill development.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients, facility staff, and management.
  • Continuing professional development through regular attendance at coaching and instructor development sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, guests, and staff.
Requirements
  • Level 2 qualified swimming teacher or coach with a competitive swimming aquatics background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for teaching and coaching swimming, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to attend regular training sessions and continue professional development.
