Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Architect to lead our architectural projects from conceptual design through project completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring seamless project delivery that meets client expectations.
  • A key aspect of this role is coordinating all project documentation, including comprehensive drawing sets and detailed specifications.
  • The Architect will also be tasked with mentoring junior staff members and design team colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Furthermore, this position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Mandatory qualifications include relevant educational background & registration with the relevant authority.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the field, preferably managing projects, is essential.
  • Prior experience working on Public works contracts is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software is expected.
