Job Title: Printer Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to work in inventory management and develop technical skills in setting up and repairing printers. You'll receive on-the-job training to enhance your abilities in a supportive warehouse environment.

The Role And Responsibilities:
  • Configure mobile devices with required software, including documentation and training.
  • Implement printer applications and solutions for customers.
  • Pre and post-sales implementation of card print applications.
  • Provide on-site printer support and repairs for customers.
  • Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices using our tracking system or customer asset registers.
  • Check and receipt of incoming goods according to company process, with provided training.
  • Pick line items on sales orders following company processes, making goods available for packing and dispatch.
  • Package finished and repaired goods ready for shipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
  • Book collection of goods from locations using approved courier systems, ensuring delivery/collection addresses are correct.
  • Raise and issue device repair quotes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process quote acceptances and manage next steps within device repair processing.
  • Process device exchange requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage return of faulty exchange devices through required channels.
  • Liaise with couriers to ensure shipping and collections of devices are accurate and on time.
  • Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
