Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

A leading Main Building Contractor seeks an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team for a long-term Pharma project in Longford.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 4-5 years of post-graduate experience, with a background in commercial projects and some fit-out. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career with a leading company working on iconic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform setting-out duties from engineers' drawings, site surveys, and as-built drawings.
  • Interpret drawings for layouts, material measurements, and construction planning.
  • Manage subcontractors and the general workforce on site.
  • Plan and organize work to meet project timelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with client representatives and the Design Team as needed.
  • Maintain top Health and Safety standards for all site work.
  • Ensure work quality meets the highest standards.
  • Oversee material ordering and control on site.
  • Keep accurate site records, including site diaries, concrete cube registers, and delivery logs.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with RC Frame building projects.
  • Proficiency in using Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station.
  • 2-3+ years of site engineering experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, safety-focused, and quality-driven.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Full driving license.
