Job Description

The role of Regional Manager, Retrofits And Upgrades Data Center Engineering involves leading a team that provides comprehensive life-cycle support to existing data centers for retrofits and upgrades.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for managing a distributed engineering team, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with diverse teams to expand and support our large and growing portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, meeting customer requirements, and driving operational stability and success within your region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in managing a distributed engineering team.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of 6+ direct reports for 6+ years.

You should also possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and writing skills. Additionally, understanding of both mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers is highly desirable.
