About the Project
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects with a value of €20m+ and possess strong analytical skills. They will be able to effectively manage a site team and ensure the project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress
- Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
- Ensure all HSEQ policies and procedures are correctly followed
Requirements
- Extensive experience with a building or main contractor
- Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software
