We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our projects, handling invoices, contracts, purchase orders, and commercial reporting.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with our Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Accounts Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: Raise and process invoices & credit notes via COINS (our financial software), liaising with clients, subcontractors, and QS teams.
  • Project Setup: Set up and maintain project details, manage approvals, and track progress.
  • Commercial Support: Generate PO reports, update trackers, and support audit & compliance processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep operations on track.
Requirements
  • Lots of admin experience, ideally in the Construction sector, with exposure to invoicing and commercial activities.
  • Knowledge of COINS (or similar financial/ERP software).
  • Excellent organisation & attention to detail-you love keeping things shipshape.
  • Strong communication & IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • A proactive team player who's ready to make a difference.
