Job Title: Curator of Community Engagement

This role is an opportunity to develop and deliver community engagement initiatives that promote social inclusion, mental health, and community connection. The ideal candidate will have experience in conceiving and delivering engagement programs in the arts and health sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver community-based programs that support social inclusion and mental health.
- Develop art experiences that promote community connection and social cohesion.
- Build and sustain partnerships with local organizations and recovery services.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in art history, arts education, museum studies, arts management, or arts and health, and/or a demonstrable track record of working in arts education.
- Experience of conceiving and delivering engagement and learning programs in the arts and health context.
- Knowledge of current arts educational practice, national arts and ageing policies, and museum practice in this area.
- Proven track record of project management.
