Food And Beverage Operations Manager

This is a leadership role that requires exceptional management and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team of food and beverage professionals across multiple service areas including bars, restaurants, room service, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver high-quality service standards and exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to review menus, maintain quality, and ensure consistency in food preparation.
  • Oversee the implementation of SOPs, service standards, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Manage labour costs, forecasts, and stock control to achieve budget targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive F&B revenue and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and execute F&B events and functions in line with budget and quality targets.
  • Investigate and respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
