Residential Care Leader Sought

We are recruiting an experienced leader to oversee our residential care services and ensure high-quality support for adults with intellectual disabilities.

About the Role
  • A dedicated and experienced manager with at least 3 years' experience working in a residential setting is required.
  • A social care worker or nursing qualification is essential, along with proven managerial skills and relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of HIQA regulations and experience of managing staff teams effectively.
  • Prior experience of managing budgets and driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high standards of care and support in line with HIQA regulations.
