
Children's Residential Home Lead

Our residential care team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Children's Residential Manager to lead our home in Ireland. This role involves overseeing all aspects of care delivery, team management, compliance, and strategic implementation to ensure a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for young people.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of care that meet company expectations and national regulations.
- Ensure a homely, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for our residents.
- Supervise and motivate Social Care Leaders, Workers, and relief staff to achieve their full potential.
- Lead performance management, training, and team development initiatives.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient budget allocation and effective service delivery.
- Promote positive relationships with external stakeholders and maintain compliance with relevant inspection standards.
- Minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care and a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting.
- At least 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification.
- Familiarity with team dynamics, Irish National Standards, and childcare legislation.
- Deep knowledge of best practices and conflict resolution skills.
- Competitive salary scale from €56,160 to €60,320 per year.
