Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive business relations with key stakeholders and business teams
  • Manage daily tasks related to providing import/export compliance guidance
  • Assist with technology, hardware, and software trade classification
  • Interface with internal and external functional partners to identify and rectify information/process gaps
  • Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures
  • Build communications and training plans
  • Monitor import/export regulatory or procedural changes

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of direct experience with customs and trade compliance in the EMEA region, 3+ years of direct experience handling imports and/or exports Customs clearance operations and escalations, and 1+ year of experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
