We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of small to medium-sized projects and supporting large projects as a senior designer.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex capital projects across various sectors, including life sciences, food and beverages, mission-critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors.
Your primary responsibility will be to create 3D models and designs of ductwork, utility pipework, and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, standards, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in mechanical services engineering design, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
- Education: Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (NFQ Level 7 Ireland / FHEQ Level 5 UK).
- Languages: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
