Role Overview:

As a Project Director, you will oversee the development of each project from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective budget management.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and effective budget management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with each project.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Co-ordinate site meetings and progress reviews.
  • Manage and resolve project-related conflicts and issues effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Full driving license.
