Job Title: Data & AI Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Data & AI Engineer to join our team in Dublin.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing ETL solutions, data warehousing, and business intelligence projects.
  • You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Additionally, you will stay informed on market advancements in AI and large language models (LLMs) to continuously enhance your expertise and contributions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cloud-based BI and analytics principles, with exposure to tools and technologies for analyzing, designing, testing, and managing data platforms.
  • Some experience or coursework in data ingestion technologies, data warehouse concepts (ETL, OLAP, Dimensional Modelling, Star/Snowflake Schemas), and relational databases like SQL Server, Snowflake, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Awareness of AI and machine learning concepts, with exposure to applying AI techniques to data projects or understanding their potential impact.
