About the Role:

We are seeking an ERP Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to design and deliver custom program solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise-wide system user base.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Manage resource allocation and prioritize project delivery with stakeholders to ensure maximum application uptime.

">

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

">

• Gather and refine requirements, identifying opportunities to drive business value.

">

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engagement and clarity in Agile delivery.

">

• Oversee product performance, quality assurance, and budget, reporting value realization to governance bodies.

">

• Resolve incidents and requests, following established processes.

">

Requirements:

">

• 6+ years experience within the QAD ecosystem/platform, including QAD Adaptive AUX application.

">

• Demonstrated experience in ERP product management, technical planning, and roadmap delivery.

">

• Proven track record of designing and delivering ERP solutions that meet business requirements.

">

Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.">
    • Strong skills in technical analysis and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.">
    • Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration.">
