A senior associate position in a leading tax practice is available, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging tax matters.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Advisor to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our tax group, you will play a vital role in advising clients on intricate tax matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financial transactions, and international tax planning.

You will provide expert tax advice on a broad range of transactions and advisory matters, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on complex deals and structures. Your excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

As a senior associate, you will contribute to the development of our tax practice through thought leadership and participation in industry initiatives. You will have a proven track record in advising on complex tax matters and transactions, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a leading tax practice, focusing on Irish tax law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert tax advice on a broad range of transactions and advisory matters
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on complex deals and structures
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's tax practice through thought leadership and participation in industry initiatives
Requirements:
  • Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute (CTA)
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a leading tax practice, with a focus on Irish tax law
  • Proven track record in advising on complex tax matters and transactions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
