Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at a busy childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Routine Development:
  • Implement and develop daily routines for children, including activities that promote their overall growth and development.
  • Nurturing Environment:
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters individual child development.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children to ensure seamless interaction and progress monitoring.
  • Task Management:
  • Multitask in a dynamic Crèche setting, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet the needs of all children.
Requirements:
  • A minimum QQI Level 6 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • A strong passion for child development.
  • The ability to implement Aistear into daily routines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The capacity to multitask in a fast-paced Crèche environment.
  • A team player attitude.
