Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues with minimal impact on customer security compliance requirements.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware.
- Provide expert desk-side support and PC break/fix services, including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC/Linux OS.
- Solve complex technical problems using good deductive reasoning skills and troubleshooting techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
- Able to work with deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
- Preferably with an Associate Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
