Job Title

A Quality Assurance Specialist is sought after to provide quality support for site activities.

Job Description

Our organization requires a skilled Quality Engineer who has proven success in quality and validation activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve complex exceptions to work assignments.
  • Make decisions related to product quality, including the disposition of non-conforming product.
  • Drive improvements in product and process quality.
  • Promote awareness of best industry practices and make appropriate decisions daily.
  • Evaluate new equipment/processes/chemicals for environmental impact.
  • Analyze operational, test and validation data to establish technical specifications.
  • Participate directly in a new product/technology transfer to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and solve problems using knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles.
  • Provide technical guidance to Quality Technicians.

Requirements:

  • A Level 8 Degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Science-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working at Engineering level, ideally within the Medical Device industry or similar highly-regulated environment.
  • Experience with internal and external audit processes.
  • A team player who can demonstrate best practices and be fully motivated to achieve.
