Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to provide exceptional services to our clients, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role

  • Audit Work: We require completion of statutory audit work for small and medium companies (c. 50%). This involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Annual Accounts Preparation: Preparation of unaudited annual accounts for a wide variety of clients is also a key responsibility. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Taxation Work: Corporate and personal taxation work is an essential part of this role. This includes providing expert advice on tax planning and compliance, as well as preparing and reviewing tax returns.
  • Mentoring and Development: We require a qualified accountant or someone with suitable experience working in a small to medium sized practice. Good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients is crucial for this position. This includes building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and identifying potential clients.

About You

  • You will be a Qualified Accountant or have suitable experience working in small to medium sized practice.
  • Good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with Relate/SURF Accounts is an advantage.
