About the Job

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy Stripe users.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in solution sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience working with startup users and small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Fluency in French and English.
