- Supporting the Global Portfolio Administration Team by providing critical data to guide Fixed Income investment teams.
- Reconciling Statement of Investments monthly, ensuring accurate information is fed into our end customers.
- Independently researching and resolving position and cash related discrepancies.
- Proactively communicating issues to relevant business partners.
- Anticipating potential issues that may adversely affect operational support of the funds and taking action to mitigate risks.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in accounting or custody operations preferred.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
