Job Description

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels. Responding to inquiries requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) products and online advertising industry dynamics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of LMS products and online advertising trends
  • Ensuring client success in marketing goals
  • Providing technical support solutions as needed and serving as a single point of contact for issues related to LMS clients
  • Coordinating retention efforts with the Product Marketing team
  • Developing standard operating procedures for LMS through documented policies and guidelines
  • Establishing effective working relationships across teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Documenting client contacts accurately and timely using relevant systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in online advertising or customer support
  • Fluent English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Knowledge of search marketing, PPC, and other online advertising
  • Ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and effectively manage time
  • Excellent communication, project management, relationship management, and negotiation skills
