As a seasoned tax professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a top-tier firm in Limerick.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with partners to oversee a substantial client portfolio, delivering practical and innovative income and corporate tax solutions for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients, coordinating service offerings from other departments.
  • Lead an integrated team working on various assignments to achieve client satisfaction and firm-wide financial goals.
  • Contribute to collective targets for revenue, billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide objectives.
  • Train student trainees and manage their development.
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A Chartered Tax Advisor (AITI) qualified or chartered accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Manager, or equivalent in a practice environment.
  • Experience working with Irish and international clients providing innovative tax solutions.
  • Managing consultancy assignments in all areas of tax, including corporate tax, VAT, income tax, CGT, and CAT.
  • Liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients (as required).
  • Advising clients on corporate tax matters and VAT issues.
  • Operational supervision and client relationship management.
  • Fluent English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to provide guidance to others.
  • Very strong technical background.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer-literacy skills.
