Job Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to lead and manage tax due diligence projects for M&A transactions, providing strategic tax advice and support across all aspects of the process.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure tax-efficient transaction structures, compliance with relevant tax legislation, and delivery of high-quality advisory services.
  • Review legal documentation to ensure tax compliance and optimisation, highlighting risks, opportunities, and tax implications.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing training and professional development.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on M&A activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Significant experience in corporate tax, with a focus on M&A transactions
  • Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and transactions
  • Strong understanding of tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring
